On Wednesday evening, July 15, the Baluchistan-focused news outlet Hal Vash published videos and reports indicating that the area around the Ahmad Rizeh police outpost on the Ramin Road in Chabahar County, as well as an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) headquarters in Rask County, had been targeted by strikes. Concurrently, Iranian media reported heavy attacks on Ahvaz and Konarak.
According to Hal Vash, videos received from the vicinity of the Ahmad Rizeh outpost capture the moments of multiple consecutive heavy explosions. According to the outlet’s sources, the footage shows flashes from the impacts and smoke rising from the strike zone, with the explosions powerful enough to be heard in surrounding areas.
Hal Vash added, citing its sources, that the videos were recorded by local residents from various angles, depicting the moments of the attack and its aftermath in the area.
The outlet also reported that on Wednesday evening, the area surrounding the IRGC headquarters in Rask County was targeted.
According to Hal Vash’s sources, at least four consecutive heavy explosions occurred in the vicinity of the IRGC headquarters, with the blasts heard across different parts of the city and nearby areas.
