A man was arrested after a video of him allegedly consuming alcohol while riding a two-wheeler near Saifabad Junction and Lakdikapul went viral on social media.The Saifabad traffic police, in coordination with the Khairatabad police, traced the rider and registered a case before arresting him.— Hyderabad Traffic Police (@HYDTP) July 15, 2026A case was registered under Section 281 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Khairatabad police station.Meanwhile, the police warned that drunk driving and reckless behaviour on public roads would invite strict legal action, stating that such acts endanger the lives of other road users.
