Residents and councillors are rethinking how Toronto handles its street festivals in the wake of the fatal shooting Saturday at the Salsa on St. Clair.
In the fallout of a deadly weekend shooting, questions are being asked about whether Toronto needs to rethink the way it hosts the festivals that have long brought energy and flair to its streets through the summer.
