The Governorpet police of the NTR Commissionerate arrested a drug peddler identified as A. Bala Sai Sravan Kumar and seized 26.38 grams of MDMA. Based on a tip-off, the police apprehended the accused while he was trying to escape in a car and seized the MDMA, which was packed in five packets, along with the vehicle, at midnight on Monday (July 13, 2026).
