The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court has ordered the remand of Adimike Odirachukwu Anthony and Adimike Chinyere Stephany, the son and daughter of slain businessman Adimike Godwin, alongside a third suspect, Comfort Ajibade, at the Suleja Correctional Centre over the alleged murder of their father.
The three are also facing additional charges under Nigeria's Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act.
The suspects were arraigned by the FCT Police Command before FCT High Court 13 on a four-count charge bordering on criminal conspiracy to commit culpable homicide and offences under the Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act.
The court adjourned the case until September 30, 2026, for further proceedings after ordering that the three defendants remain in custody pending the hearing.
