Riverview Landscapes Partners with Kevin Labadini Corporation, Riverview's 26th Acquisition
Riverview Landscapes ("Riverview") has acquired Kevin Labadini Corporation ("Labadini Corp."), a commercial landscaping and snow management provider headquartered in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The acquisition is a tuck-in to Riverview's Boston Metro West branch within its New England region and marks the Company's 26th acquisition since its founding in 2022.
Labadini Corp. was started by Kevin’s grandfather Phillip Labadini in 1953. Kevin’s father Robert ran the business with his brothers Ronald and Richard for many years. Robert continued until he sold the business to Kevin in 1995. Over the past several years, Kevin, with the support of key team members Lori Labadini Iagallo and Patrick Pereirra, strategically shifted the business from a landscape construction-focused business toward a recurring landscape maintenance model.
