Juniper Landscaping Expands into Aquatic Maintenance with Acquisitions of Compass Environmental and Aquatic Weeds
Juniper Landscaping ("Juniper" or the "Company") today announced it has acquired Central Florida Lake Management, Inc. (d/b/a Compass Environmental) ("Compass") and Aquatic Weeds Inc. ("Aquatic Weeds"), two Central Florida-based providers of aquatic maintenance and related shoreline restoration services. Juniper is a portfolio company of Bregal Partners.
Aquatic Weeds is headquartered in St. Cloud, Florida and provides aquatic maintenance, mechanical weed removal and waterfront restoration services across Central Florida to residential associations, businesses and individual customers. Compass, based in Clermont, Florida, is an aquatic management and service provider offering aquatic maintenance of ponds, lakes and waterways, dredging, shoreline restoration and related pond and lake management services. Together, the acquisitions of Aquatic Weeds and Compass create a scalable aquatic maintenance platform within Juniper and add complementary capabilities that can be offered to existing and new customers.
