Acquisition of one of the region’s largest outdoor power equipment dealers extends Spark’s platform beyond the Southeast; transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2026
Spark OPE Ventures, operating as Spark Dealer Group (“Spark”), an operator of outdoor power equipment dealerships backed by permanent capital, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Louisville Outdoor Turf Products (“LOTP”), one of the largest outdoor power equipment dealers serving Louisville and the surrounding region. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
