Divisions and internal battles has been intensified as Black Management Forum president Mpho Motsei retaliated against those he believes have been against the forum's progress.
The cycle of tit–for-tat suspensions continues to deepen the internal leadership crisis within the Black Management Forum (BMF).
This is after BMF formally placed President Mpho Motsei on precautionary suspension pending the finalisation of an independent disciplinary process after an interim report by a committee of stalwarts implicated him and other board members in serious governance failures and financial irregularities.
In response on July 10, Motsei retaliated by suspending the forum’s managing director Monde Ndlovu for serious allegations of misconduct.
He said this decision was taken during the board meeting on July 8, 2026.
