More than 6,500 people are to be evacuated on a mandatory basis from two settlements in the Synelnykove and Nikopol districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to Ukrinform, this was announced on Telegram by Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
“Mandatory evacuation has been ordered for all residents of two more settlements in the region—Vasylkivka in the Synelnykove district and Vyshchetarasivka in the Nikopol district. Children were evacuated from there earlier. Now, adults must leave the dangerous areas. More than 6,500 people remain there,” he said.
According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, five transit centers have been set up in the region to receive evacuees. There, they will receive financial, legal, psychological, and medical assistance, as well as food and hygiene kits.
