In an effort to “become the most client-centric and AI-enabled” agency, Havas named TBWA alum Raphaël de Andréis as its first chief strategy officer on Tuesday. De Andréis, who most recently served as CEO of Havas France and Western Europe, will report to CEO Yannick Bolloré to shape global strategy and integrate the firm’s creative, data and tech departments, according to an agency statement.
In other hiring news, AI-powered tech safety company Aura hired former Poshmark CMO Steven Young as global CMO on Tuesday. Young, who has also held roles with Grubhub, American Express, DirecTV and Puma, will report to president and COO Thomas Clayton. Young’s aim will be to drive adoption of Aura’s online safety tools catering to families, children and “aging loved ones,” according to an Aura statement.
