SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — Operatives of Police Regional Office 13 (PRO13) arrested on Thursday the Caraga region’s most wanted person and the primary suspect in the shooting of Barobo, Surigao del Sur Mayor Ronito Martizano and his security escorts on February 3 this year.

Brig. Gen. Marcial Mariano Magistrado IV, PRO13 director, identified the suspect as alias “Commander Puma,” 39, of Purok 4, Maapod, Barangay Cabacungan, Barobo.
