The Board of Commissioners of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison has extended Vikram Sinha’s tenure as president director and CEO for the next five years, which will be formalized at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders.Reflecting this sustained progress, the board also endorsed Indosat’s ambition to double earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), reaffirming its confidence in the company’s long-term strategic direction.
Nezar Patria, president commissioner of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, said Indosat had proven that a clear vision, disciplined execution and consistent leadership compounded over time.
