Cloudy weather with sunny intervals is expected across Ukraine on Friday, July 10, with rain forecast in many regions, as well as thunderstorms, hail, and strong wind gusts in some areas.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported this on Facebook.
"Moderate, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in many areas. Heavy rain is forecast in the eastern regions, as well as in Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia regions and Crimea. During the day, hail and wind gusts of 15–20 m/s are possible in some areas. At the same time, most northern and central regions will remain dry overnight," the statement said.
Winds will be predominantly westerly at 5–10 m/s.
Nighttime temperatures will range from 9°C to 14°C in the western, northern, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions, while the rest of the country will see 13°C to 18°C. Daytime temperatures will reach 19°C to 25°C, rising to 23°C to 28°C in the south and southeast, while western regions will remain cooler at 15°C to 20°C.
