On Friday, August 28, partly cloudy conditions will prevail across Ukraine. Short-term rain and, in some places, thunderstorms are expected in the south and southeast, as well as overnight and in most central regions. The rest of the country will remain dry.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
Fog is expected locally in the Carpathians and Precarpathian region overnight and in the morning.
Winds will be predominantly northeast at 5–10 m/s, with gusts of 15–20 m/s in some areas of the south and southeast during the day.
Nighttime temperatures will be 9–14°C, rising to 13–18°C in the south and southeast. Daytime temperatures will reach 21–26°C, with temperatures of up to 31°C in Zakarpattia.
