A Pinetown woman has pleaded guilty to several counts of fraud against former employer

A Pinetown woman, who pleaded guilty to several counts of fraud in the Pinetown Regional Court this week, revealed how she allegedly conspired with a co-worker to defraud their former employer.

Senamile Mthabela, 35, a former creditors clerk, was among the seven accused arrested and charged for defrauding Pinion & Adams (P&A) Fabricators, a sheet metal fabricating and manufacturing company, in Pinetown.

The other accused are Lingasperi Madurai; her husband Dhanapalan Madurai, a pastor; Zanab Cassim, Mehmood Cassin; Monormoney Achari; and Devaksha Mangaru.

Madurai and Dhanapalan are also charged with money laundering.
