Jul 8, 2026 – 8.00pmIAG’s financial exposure to legal action related to the collapse of Greensill Capital is still in doubt as its biggest remaining creditor, Credit Suisse, homes in on the insurance company for allegedly breaching corporate laws.IAG was the key insurer for the supply chain finance firm – which was founded by Lex Greensill and collapsed in early 2021 – via its part-owned subsidiary Bond & Credit Co.
