An inquiry motion seeking the impeachment of Gowa regent Sitti Husniah Talenrang in South Sulawesi is gaining momentum after she was accused of corruption, extramarital affairs and other alleged misconduct.Asrul Makkaraus, deputy chair of the Gowa Legislative Council's (DPRD) special committee overseeing the inquiry, said the investigation had reached its final stage after the panel questioned dozens of witnesses. The committee is expected to summon Husniah this week to respond to the allegations.
