President Cyril Ramaphosa says the full truth must come out over allegations that former DA leader Tony Leon's public relations firm, Resolve Communications, arranged meetings between its private-sector clients and Government of National Unity ministers.
ANC president Cyril Ramaphosa says the full truth must emerge over allegations that former Democratic Alliance (DA) leader Tony Leon's public relations firm, Resolve Communications, sought to facilitate meetings between its clients and ministers in the Government of National Unity (GNU).
Ramaphosa made the remarks on Monday on the sidelines of the launch of the Chris Hani Region Volunteers Drive at Qamata Great Place in Cofimvaba, Eastern Cape.
The allegations centre on claims that Resolve Communications facilitated access between private-sector clients and several GNU ministers.
“With regards to the allegations that we are hearing about one called Tony Leon. I mean that really smacks of this type of state capture that has been talked about.”
