Lavisha Ramdhial with chef Clem Pedro on the Expresso Morning Show

For Lavisha Ramdhial, healthy eating has never been about following trends or restrictive diets. It has always been about creating delicious, nourishing meals that fit into everyday life.

Now, the Cape Town-based single mother of three sons is sharing that philosophy with a growing audience through her food and nutrition platform, Made With Lavi.

Ramdhial, formerly from Durban, last week showcased her expertise on the popular Expresso Morning Show after introducing herself and her work to the programme's producers. Her goal was to demonstrate that healthy eating can be practical, affordable and full of flavour.

"I wanted to show that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive, and that practical, flavourful cooking can help people build healthier habits. I saw it as an incredible opportunity to reach a wider audience and share simple, realistic nutrition advice that people could immediately apply in their own kitchens," she said.
