During the night of July 6, Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces carried out a successful coordinated strike on the 330-kilovolt Simferopolska electrical substation, a key facility in the main power transmission network of temporarily occupied Crimea.
According to Ukrinform, the commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert "Magyar" Brovdi, announced the operation on Facebook.
He noted that between July 1 and July 6, the Unmanned Systems Forces struck a total of 38 energy infrastructure facilities in Crimea and in Russian-occupied areas of southern Ukraine.

As Ukrinform previously reported, social media users reported partial power outages across Crimea following the attack.
