Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) have struck another 10 electricity substations in temporarily occupied territories as part of the Crimean Switch Off operation, including six facilities in Russia-occupied Crimea.
According to Ukrinform, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces Robert "Madyar" Brovdi reported the strikes on Facebook.
“+10 energy facilities were hit by the Birds of the Unmanned Systems Forces over July 28–29 in Crimea (6) and in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Luhansk regions (4),” Brovdi said.
Overall, he said, 164 energy targets had been hit between July 1 and July 29.
In particular, between July 27 and 29, Ukrainian forces struck the 330 kV Akvilon substation in Kairka and the Pershokostiantynivka substation in the Kherson region. The 220 kV Kairka substation in the settlement of Kairka was also hit.
