Units of Ukraine's Defense Forces struck three oil refineries in Russia, the permanent deployment site of an enemy missile brigade, and oil terminals in temporarily occupied Crimea and Russia's Leningrad region.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

During the night of July 6, units of the Defense Forces once again struck the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl.

Explosions were recorded in the target area, and smoke was observed rising from the facility.

The Yaroslavl Oil Refinery (Slavneft-YANOS) is one of the largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation. The plant has a designed processing capacity of 15 million tonnes of crude oil per year. It produces gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation fuel, lubricants, and other petroleum products used, among other purposes, to support Russia's military logistics.
