Legoland Shanghai draws big crowds in 1st year

Legoland Shanghai Resort celebrated its 1st anniversary on July 5 by smashing a global record. The park welcomed over 2 million visitors in its debut year. John Jakobsen, chief strategic portfolio development officer at Merlin Entertainments, noted that the turnout exceeded expectations, adding: "We have never seen guests as satisfied and positive with the experience as they have given us feedback here in China."
