Yesterday, on July 4, 295 combat clashes between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and Russian invaders were recorded on the front. In addition, the Russians used 8,799 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,775 strikes on settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops, including 46 with multiple launch rocket systems. Aircraft, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck seven command posts and six areas where Russian manpower was concentrated. In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, there were three clashes with Russian forces. The aggressor carried out one air strike, dropping one guided aerial bomb, and conducted 62 shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements. In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna direction, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions 15 times in the areas of Starytsia, Synelnykove, Artilne, Kudiivka, Vilcha, and toward Khatnie, Izbytske, Zarubynka, and Shev’iakivka. In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops attacked twice, toward Novoosynove and in the area of Kolisnykivka. In the Lyman direction, the Russians tried nine times to break through Ukrainian defenses, attacking toward Shyikivka, Stavky, Lyman, Druheliubivka, Dibrova, and in the areas of Drobysheve and Novoselivka.
