The National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) will consider Kyiv’s resilience plan at its next meeting.
According to Ukrinform, Deputy Prime Minister for Ukraine’s Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba announced this on Facebook.
According to him, the enemy shows no signs of letting up, either in the intensity of its attacks or in the technological advancement of its weapons. Russia is deploying new types of UAVs, changing its strike tactics, and attempting to identify vulnerabilities in Ukraine’s infrastructure.
“We analyze every Russian strike in detail. Our task is to stay one step ahead: to adjust technical solutions, improve defense approaches, and adapt the system to new threats. This was discussed at a meeting of the Coordination Center for the Engineering Protection of Critical Infrastructure. Together with relevant ministries, members of parliament, the Recovery Agency, military personnel, engineers, and regional state administrations, we reviewed the status of implementation of engineering and technical protection measures, monitored the quality of project execution, and established a system of clear checklists for each facility,” Kuleba noted.
