Lidia Rauch has released the audiobook edition of her memoir, "Apartheid's Granddaughter", giving listeners the opportunity to experience her story in her own voice.
Lidia Rauch is giving readers a new way to experience her memoir, “Apartheid's Granddaughter”, with the release of its audiobook, which she narrates herself.
The four-hour audiobook allows listeners to hear Rauch tell her own story in her own voice, adding a personal layer to a memoir that explores identity, history and reconciliation in South Africa.
Announcing the release, Rauch said that recording the audiobook was one of the highlights of the journey.
"This is a short listen, four hours in total. It was an absolute dream come true to narrate the book, directed by my person, Kara du Toit."
