Russian forces carried out nearly 110 attacks on populated areas across Ukraine's Sumy region between the morning of July 2 and the morning of July 3, killing five people and injuring 34 others.
According to Ukrinform, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook.
A total of 26 settlements in the Sumy, Sad, Richky, Krasnopillia, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Vorozhba, Yampil, Seredyna-Buda, Esman, Nova Sloboda, Buryn, Putyvl, Velyka Pysarivka, Nedryhailiv, and Romny communities came under Russian attack.
The highest number of strikes was recorded in the Sumy, Shostka, and Konotop districts.
Russian forces used artillery, guided aerial bombs, multiple launch rocket systems, and drones, including FPV drones.
