Russian forces carried out more than 90 attacks on 22 settlements across 15 communities in Ukraine's Sumy region between the morning of June 17 and the morning of June 18, killing three civilians and injuring several others.

According to Ukrinform, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook.

A 56-year-old man was killed in a drone attack on the Sumy community, while a 68-year-old man died in a UAV strike in the Shostka community. A 63-year-old man was killed in the Velyka Pysarivka community after his bicycle struck an explosive device.

Several other civilians were wounded in Russian drone attacks across the region, including in the Bilopillia and Hlukhiv communities.

The heaviest shelling was recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts. Russian forces used artillery, mortars, multiple-launch rocket systems, FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs.
