According to Japanese government, the two leaders will review progress under the Japan-India Joint Vision for the Next Decade, unveiled during Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Japan in August last year, and chart the next phase of cooperation.Discussions are expected to cover ways to enhance collaboration in economic security, including energy, while also promoting economic growth through increased investment, technology partnerships and innovation. One of the key outcomes expected from the visit is the launch of a bilateral framework to promote vehicles powered by biogas, an area that both governments see as offering environmental and energy security benefits, an industry source said.
