Dricus du Plessis and Ethan Hughes

Dricus du Plessis has muscled his way into the Premier League after Newcastle United officially renamed their training ground The KNOX on Wednesday.

The facility, previously known as Darsley Park, is where Newcastle's first team trains and prepares for matches throughout the season.

The renaming follows a three-year sponsorship deal worth £18m between the club and KNOX Hydrate, the SA drinks company co-founded by the UFC middleweight champion, which has now come into effect.

IOL exclusively reported on the move in April, when the deal was first revealed.
