Aktor Group is in talks with Motor Oil Group, among others, to participate in the development of a floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification terminal, according to a filing to the Euronext Athens Stock Exchange on Monday.
In the announcement, it said that due to its expansion in the natural gas sector, Aktor is examining various investment opportunities in that market that could contribute to strengthening its business plan.
It is in talks with Motor Oil Hellas Corinth Refineries, among others. However, it added, at present there is no final decision or binding agreement that needs to be disclosed to the investment community.
