MANILA, Philippines — Heavy rainfall is forecast over three provinces in Luzon on Wednesday, July 1, due to the effects of Tropical Depression Henry and the southwest monsoon, or habagat, according to the state weather bureau.
In a weather advisory issued at 5 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Henry would bring 50 to 100 millimeters (mm) of rain over Occidental Mindoro and Oriental Mindoro.
