All educational institutions in Kannur and Kasaragod districts will remain closed on Wednesday (July 1) in view of the India Meteorological Department’s three-day orange alert and the possibility of heavy rainfall.The holiday applies to all educational institutions, including professional colleges, schools, anganwadis, tuition centres, ICSE and CBSE schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, and madrasas.The Collectors of both districts clarified that university and public examinations, as well as interviews scheduled in advance, will be held as planned without any changes.
