Russia is ramping up exports of crude oil from ports in the country’s Far East. Over 1 million barrels per day of East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (Espo) blend was shipped from the Kozmino terminal in May and June and around 250,000 b/d from the Sakhalin-1 project, operated by state-backed giant Rosneft, port data shows.
