The Three Seas Initiative hosted its 10th anniversary summit and business forum in Dubrovnik to highlight the need for Central European connectivity..Participants discussed the importance of resilient energy supply chains, keeping pace with digital innovation, a long-term solution to mobilizing capital, and connecting to broader geo-economic networks. To drive the initiative forward, it should take steps to stand up a permanent secretariat, prioritize private capital and EU funding opportunities, and expand the initiative to Ukraine, Moldova, and the Western Balkans.
