Digital retail solutions provider Turn Cloud Technology Service Inc (騰雲科技) yesterday said that expanding artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure and agentic AI are accelerating demand for its software-as-a-service offerings.Turn Cloud’s digital operating platforms for commercial spaces help office buildings, shopping malls, retailers, hotels and other businesses integrate customer data and Internet of Things (IoT) devices to improve operational efficiency, the company said in an online earnings conference.Demand is strong for AI software infrastructure, digital transformation and smart-space solutions, Turn Cloud executive vice president Ting Chang (張婷婷) said.

The company’s Tomorrow Space (TSpace) platform — which integrates AI, IoT, cloud computing and data technologies to transform physical spaces into AI-powered smart environments — has gained interest from several property developers in Taiwan and abroad this year, Chang said.Revenue in the first quarter grew 35.35 percent year-on-year to NT$210.03 million (US$6.6 million), driven by strong demand for the company’s AI-related services and large-scale deployment of its AI agents, Chang said.
