A resolution to Russia's war against Ukraine must be achieved through dialogue in the near future, and Türkiye will continue to actively support peace efforts.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made the remarks during his address at the NATO Parliamentary Summit, Ukrinform reports, citing CNN Türk.

"I particularly want to emphasize that we must achieve results in the coming period regarding the resolution of the Russia-Ukraine war through dialogue," Erdoğan said.

The Turkish President stressed that both sides of the war trust Türkiye.

"As an ally that can speak with both sides, initiates processes that yield results, and has earned the trust of both sides with its fair stance, we will continue to actively contribute to peace efforts," Erdoğan said.
