Fire broke out in a fireworks unit at Sevalpatti under Vembakottai police station limits in Virudhunagar district on Sunday.No casaulty has been reported, so far.Several working sheds have been razed to ground. The fire that was reported at around 5.30 p.m. continued to rage till 8 p.m. as the chemicals, finished and unfinished goods were exploding.Two fire tenders were waiting for the blasts to stop to start fire fighting, the police said.Cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
