MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Operatives from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) have confiscated some P6 million worth of electric bike batteries and chargers in Mexico, Pampanga.

In a statement, the CIDG said the batteries and chargers have no Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) stickers and Philippine Standard (PS) marks.

The imported products were seized from the warehouse of Antelope Electric Motors at Barangay Laug in Mexico before midnight on June 23.
