On June 25–26 in Gdańsk, Poland, as part of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development reached agreements to allocate 1.5 billion euros for Ukraine’s recovery.

Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba announced this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

According to him, more than 1.5 billion euros in new agreements, funding, and announced programs for Ukraine’s recovery represent one of the ministry’s key achievements at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, which brought together over 9,000 participants this year.

These are projects that will benefit Ukrainian communities.

Key results include: EUR 524 million—under the Ukraine Infrastructure Facility—for municipal infrastructure projects; EUR 351 million for housing programs: compensation for destroyed housing, subsidized mortgages for veterans, support for internally displaced persons, and the development of social housing.
