The Russian occupying authorities have declared a regional state of emergency in Crimea and Sevastopol.

Quote: "Dear residents of Crimea, a state of emergency is being introduced in the Republic of Crimea from 13:00 today. This regime is being introduced in coordination with [so-called Sevastopol 'governor'] Mikhail Razvozhayev, Sevastopol, and it will operate jointly and synchronously. This regime is being introduced in order to regulate financial, credit, contractual and other relations."
