The investment was made through convertible dividend preference shares (CDPS), with participation from SeaTown Holdings, an investment company under Singapore's Temasek. According to the investors, the financing structure is designed to align the interests of the company and its strategic shareholders.

VOI said the transaction reflects its strategy of expanding into sectors expected to benefit from rising domestic consumption and the continued recovery of tourism.

"Vietnam remains one of the region's most dynamic economies with strong long-term growth potential," a VOI representative said. "The company is well positioned to benefit from rising domestic demand, increasing international visitor arrivals, and the continued growth of Vietnam's tourism industry."
