The forum, scheduled to take place at Vinpearl Landmark 81, is initiated by VinVentures, the venture capital arm of Vingroup, and is positioned as a platform focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private capital trends in Asia.
Held under the theme "Vietnam's M&A Moment – The Unseen Dynamics," the event is organized by VinVentures in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, Lotte Ventures and Impact Square.

According to the organizing committee, Vietnam is increasingly viewed as an attractive destination for technology investment and private capital in the region, supported by economic growth, digital transformation and the expansion of the country's innovation ecosystem.
The event is expected to attract participants from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam, including representatives from investment funds, corporations, financial institutions, technology firms and startups.
