Dishes span crispy tacos (tuna, salmon, veggie), bao (fried chicken, crispy duck, maitake mushroom), skewered sticks (wagyu beef, tamarind pork belly, miso salmon, 1009 layer potato) and New York-style pizza.The City’s competitive socialising venues are huge drivers for the economy, given they don’t always need to obey restrictive licensing regulations like pubs.
