Ames, who shares "tips, tricks, interests and having fun" on her TikTok page, shared a video of what she'll be doing as it gets seriously warm."This might just be what gets me through the heatwave," she wrote over the top of the video. She recommended putting a hot water bottle in the freezer to make it cold, and then placing it on your body where you need relief.But Ames urged people to have a different hot water bottle for cold temperatures and a hot one."Make sure you don’t fill it completely as water expands when frozen! NOT TO BE USED WITH HOT WATER AGAIN, THOUGH, AS IT WILL SPLIT! I have now dedicated this hot water bottle as my cold water bottle and won't be using it again with hot!
