Fixated, the creator-forward management company, is expanding its creator presence with new hires plucked from CAA and the creator-focused agency Evolved.
The company said it has hired Skyler Spooner and Britt Rivera as vice presidents of talent, a move aimed at expanding the company’s focus beyond management and into content production, distribution, monetization and more.
Spooner previously served as a talent agent at both UTA and CAA, where he represented creators across gaming and entertainment. He’ll be tasked with working with creators and other intellectual-property holders to move their content off the platforms and drive business growth.
Rivera worked as a senior talent agent at Evolved, where she specialized in influencer, gaming and esports creators and worked with brands to figure out their best way into the gaming market. She’ll maintain a focus on gamers at Fixated and continue her representation of Twitch streamer Lydia Violet.
“The next generation of entertainment companies will be built by creators,” Zach Katz, Fixated’s CEO and co-founder, said in a statement. “Our job is to give them the infrastructure, strategy and opportunities to scale beyond any single platform. Skyler and Britt understand how to help creators transform audiences into businesses, intellectual property into franchises, and influence into long-term enterprise value. Their expertise makes Fixated even better positioned to serve the most ambitious creators.”
