Talent management firm Underscore Talent has announced more than 20 new hires across its comedy; sports and outdoor lifestyle; entertainment; beauty, lifestyle and fashion; and newly launched experts divisions.

The company’s expansion comes amid an evolving media landscape, where creators, entertainers, athletes, comedians and experts are building businesses across content, brand partnerships, live experiences, intellectual property and traditional media.

Leading the new hires is comedy talent manager Ethan Stern, who comes to Underscore after 15 years at 3 Arts Entertainment, where he represented comedians, writers, filmmakers and artists. He also has served as a producer on projects including Hannah Einbinder: Everything Must Go,” “Aaron Chen: Funny Garden” and the upcoming Netflix special “Stamptown.”

“I’m excited to join Underscore at such a pivotal moment in the evolution of talent management,” said Ethan Stern. “What drew me to the company is its unparalleled position at the intersection of digital and traditional entertainment, along with the exceptional resources and intellectual capital it offers. Underscore is uniquely equipped to help artists build sustainable, long-term careers across every platform, and I’m honored to be part of that mission.”
