It protects user data from third-party model training and routes tasks across 20 models to manage costs. The system uses a Large Commerce Model trained on data from 1 billion customers and 500 million daily interactions.Early users include local businesses in the Netherlands. Lebkov & Sons reduced financial reporting times to 30 minutes. Burger & Frites created an analytics agent that reduced overtime by 60% and lowered monthly costs by €21,000. Poke Perfect deployed a WhatsApp assistant that cut routine staff queries by 70%.Prosus also released Zapia, an AI assistant for consumers that automates tasks like restaurant bookings and schedule coordination. The assistant has 6 million users in Latin America and is now available globally through mobile application stores and the web.
