Dr Rachel Casper-White is Lecturer in Psychotherapy and Counselling at the University of Leeds, where she teaches on the MA Psychotherapy and Counselling. Her research focuses on autism, adolescent mental health and non-directive therapeutic approaches. She is particularly interested in how counsellors and psychotherapists can work more effectively with autistic young people, and how therapeutic relationships can support understanding, agency and change.
